Handling’s culinary voyage commenced at a tender age of 16, embarking on his apprenticeship at the esteemed Gleneagles Hotel in Scotland. His insatiable passion for the culinary arts led him to traverse to London, where he honed his skills before assuming the role of sous chef at the Malmaison hotel in Newcastle. Eager for new challenges, Handling journeyed back to Scotland, assuming the mantle of head chef at the Fairmont St Andrews under the Fairmont Group’s banner.
