Kiefer Sutherland has appeared in more than 70 films, including Young Guns, Flashback, A Few Good Men, The Vanishing, The Three Musketeers, The Cowboy Way, Eye for an Eye, Dark City, Taking Lives and The Sentinel.
He made his first starring role in Stand By Me, that also starred Cory Feldman.
Kiefer reunited with Cory in the American horror movie, The Lost Boys.
Kiefer’s most well-known role is as Jack Bauer on the Fox series 24, for which he won an Emmy Award, a Golden Globe Award, two Screen Actors Guild Awards, and two Satellite Awards. The popularity of the show made Kiefer one of the highest-earning actors on television.
In 2011, he made his Broadway debut in the Broadway revival of That Championship Season, which opened in March 2011.
He also starred as reporter Martin Bohm in the American thiller series Touch. Bohm is the father of an autistic boy who has never spoken a word, but is fascinated by numbers and patterns relating to numbers, spending much of his days writing them down.
Kiefer Sutherland also provided narration for several promotional spots for the United States Men’s National Soccer Team during the 2014 FIFA World Cup for ESPN. He has appeared in a Brazilian TV commercials for Citroën C4 sedan and a voice-over for a commercial for Bank of America. He voices Sgt. Roebuck in Treyarch’s video game Call of Duty: World at War and voices Snake (aka Big Boss) in the video game Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes and its sequel Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, taking over the role originally performed by David Hayter.
