Transitioning to JKS Restaurants, Rohit unleashed his bold and unapologetic approach to Indian cooking at Trishna and Gymkhana. His distinctive style earned widespread acclaim, solidifying JKS as a culinary powerhouse.

In 2016, Rohit’s culinary prowess led him to Jamavar, where he became the first Indian chef to earn a Michelin star within a year of opening. His innovative and contemporary take on Indian cuisine captivated diners and critics alike.
