Fleeing the devastation of war, Alarnab embarked on a perilous journey from Lebanon through Europe, grappling with uncertainty and adversity at every turn. Yet, amid the chaos and upheaval, Alarnab discovered solace in the act of cooking, using his culinary skills to provide sustenance and comfort to fellow refugees, often serving meals to as many as 400 people at a time. Even in the darkest of times, his unwavering passion for food and his innate ability to bring people together remained a guiding light.

Four years ago, Alarnab’s culinary prowess and humanitarian spirit caught the attention of London’s vibrant restaurant scene, as he burst onto the scene with a series of charity events that captivated hearts and palates alike.
