Claude Bosi is a French celebrity chef. He holds two Michelin stars at his restaurant Hibiscus in London.

Claude graduated from catering college and did his apprenticeship in Lyons. He then moved to Paris to Le Chiberta as demi chef for one year. This was followed by nearly one year at Alain Ducasse in Paris.

Own Restaurants

In 2000 Claude and his wife opened the Hibiscus restaurant. In the same year Hibiscus received its first Michelin star, then its second in 2003.

Hibiscus shortlisted for French Restaurant of the Year and New Restaurant of the Year at the London Restaurant Awards 2008.

The restaurant has many celebrity chef admirers, such as Tom Aikens, Richard Corrigan, and Sat Baines.

In 2010 Claude Bosi took over the Wimbledon-based pub The Fox and Grape alongside his brother. The duo reopened it as a gastropub.

TV Chef

Claude Bosi made his first appearance on Saturday Kitchen in 2012. In the same year, he was one of a number of chefs to work at The Cube, a pop up restaurant sat on top of London’s South Bank Centre.

Michelin starred chef Claude Bosi has endorsed barbecue cooking brand the Big Green Egg and uses the product in his restaurants.
