About

Anna Haugh is a celebrity chef who has appeared on numerous TV shows.

Anna attended Presentation Secondary School in Terenure and took a cookery course in Dublin. She began working with Derry Clarke of L’Ecrivain in Dublin. Haugh then moved to London where she worked with Philip Howard, Shane Osborne and Gordon Ramsay. She helped to launch Ramsay’s acclaimed London House restaurant, becoming its first head chef.

Own Restaurant

In May 2019, Anna founded the restaurant Myrtle in Chelsea, which she named after Irish chef Myrtle Allen. The restaurant offers modern European cooking using the finest Irish produce. Haugh’s cooking likewise takes Ireland as inspiration but filters ingredients such as Burren Smokehouse salmon and Crozier blue cheese through a modern Irish sensibility.

TV Chef

Haugh is a regular chef on Ready Steady Cook , following in the footsteps of Antony Worrall Thompson and Ainsley Harriot. She has also appeared on the BBC shows Saturday Kitchen and Morning Live and as a judge in an episode of the U.S. show Hell’s Kitchen.

Given her wealth of experience, Anna Haugh is a smart choice for catering, cookery events and speaker engagements.
