Birmingham boasts five Michelin-starred restaurants, with Adam Stokes earning one in 2013, less than six months after opening a temporary restaurant, adam’s, with his wife Natasha. The restaurant garnered praise for its simple yet innovative approach to food, propelling it to Michelin status.

From Pop-Up to Permanence

Originally conceived as a two-year pop-up, adam’s was a stepping stone for Adam and Natasha as they sought a permanent location. Following a successful stint at the original Bennetts Hill location, they found New Oxford House, an art deco building, where they envisioned achieving their full potential.

The Grand Opening

After extensive refurbishment and meticulous planning, the new Adam’s restaurant commenced its first lunch service on 26 January. With enhanced facilities and expanded space, the new location promises to offer a superior dining experience while retaining the original restaurant’s ethos.
