Pollyanna has everything going for her, she’s beautiful, talented, intelligent, and is a hugely popular television presenter, most well-known for hosting the Channel 5 show The Gadget Show: World Tour alongside Jason Bradbury.

Pollyanna Woodward was raised in the West Midlands as the youngest of 6 children, she was offered a place at the Carlton Television Junior Television Workshop in Nottingham aged of 16. She then gained an HND in Performing Arts.

On leaving college, Pollyanna had suporting acting roles in Ghost Squad and Doctors, and as a driving stunt-double in Eleventh Hour. She also won the beauty contest, and in 2001 was named Miss Mansfield and Sherwood Forest. A trained singer, she was one of the last 13 contestants on ITV1’s Popstars: The Rivals, eliminated just before the live shows. She has since sung with Gareth Gates, and on VH1’s Wannabe.

She then undertook some general presenting roles, supporting on The Wright Stuff, and motorsport presenting pieces for the British Touring Car Championship and British Superbike Championship.

Moving into technology, she is a bi-monthly columnist for How It Works magazine, and resultantly became a regular technology guest on radio station TalkSPORT. She joined Techworld.tv in December 2009, and then later joined The Gadget Show in November 2010.
