Danielle O’Hara is debuting a maternity collection for fashion brand Lipstick Boutique.
The model and reality TV star, who is expecting her third child, has created a range which includes off-duty and occasion wear, baby dolls and evening gowns for mums to be.
Danielle, who lives in Sutton Coldfield with hubby Jamie O’Hara and their two sons, Archie and Harry, has teamed up with online retailer Lipstick Boutique.
The 29-year old said: “Throughout my pregnancies I really feel like I have learnt, understood and honed ways to dress my bump, whilst maintaining a sense of my normal style.
“I get so many mums-to-be asking me for maternity style tips and the creation of this specialist range is a direct response to this.
“I wanted to create a range that was comfortable and wearable, but with all the glamour of a mainline fashion collection – something I’d want to wear pregnant or not, and there are plenty of styles in my collection that will be staying put in my wardrobe for years to come.
“Confidence in your look is such a big thing for us mums-to-be; why can’t we have a little glamour and fun with our clothes to reflect such a beautiful and magical time in life?”
The former Miss England, who is originally from Liverpool, said her self-designed range will include easy pieces for off-duty style and fitted occasionwear.
She tweeted a pic after the launch with the caption: Me and my #modelmums great launch day for my maternity collection so proud.”
Although Danielle has settled well in Birmingham, she may be forced to move away from the city depending on her husband’s new club. The Wolves midfielder is currently training at home with the under-21s while the rest of the squad are in Scotland for pre-season.
O’Hara, Karl Henry, Roger Johnson, and Stephen Ward have been placed on the transfer list.
The collection launches in August 2013 and prices start from £40.
