Reality TV star Amy Childs has teamed up with British boxing brand Lonsdale, working with the design team to create a red limited edition women’s underwear set, inspired by the company’s red boxing gloves and her hair. In conjunction, Childs is to become the brand’s women’s ambassador across all ranges.
Showing off her perfect figure in a cleavage-enhancing red sports bra and matching knickers, the former TOWIE pouted up a storm as she showed off her own designs in all their glory – proving sporty can, most certainly, be sexy.
Showing off her svelte figure, Amy strips down for the new snaps, posing in a boxing ring and showing off her toned tum and bum in the sportswear, which is available from sportsdirect.com.
Childs, a keen athlete who is a yellow belt in Judo, will also front Lonsdale’s entire sports underwear campaign.
“I used to wear so much Lonsdale at school, so when they asked me to be their female ambassador it was like a dream come true.
“I’ve had surgery done to my boobs so I know what I need in a sports bra and these Lonsdale ones fit me perfectly.”
With her red locks piled on top of her head and white boxing boots accentuating her year-round orange hue, Amy Childs managed to add a touch of her signature sassiness to the boxing-themed shoot.
And the former beautician admitted being named as the face of the brand has made her focus her attentions on healthy eating and exercise, so much so that she is even planning on running the London Marathon next year!
She comments: ‘You can’t be the face of Lonsdale and then be pictured coming out of a kebab shop. I’m going to try to be strict with myself – no more Friday nights with wine and Domino’s pizza for me!
‘I’ve started training this week. I have to be running 12 miles by January so I have a target.
‘I’m not an alcoholic but I do like my weekend glass of rose. But that will have to stop. I will try not to drink for three months before the marathon.
‘And as for my diet, I’ll have to have lots of protein for my muscles.’
And it’s no wonder she looks this good when she’s practically naked, Amy has “several personal training sessions each week” and is also a yellow belt in Judo and used to play Essex County table tennis!
Since leaving TOWIE after the second season, Amy’s gone on to make a name for herself as a successful boutique owner and fashion designer.
She also has a string of other projects on the go.
Amy says: “I wake up every morning and can’t believe I have clothing lines, a boutique and have brought out all these beauty products at my age.
“Two years ago I was just massaging people. I love my job.”
