Manchester City Career

Joe Hart joined Manchester City in 2006, initially recommended by goalkeeping coach Tim Flowers, who recognized Hart’s immense potential. Notably, he saved a penalty from Lionel Messi in a Champions League round of 16 match against Barcelona, and in the return leg, Hart made a record-breaking 10 saves in one game, earning Messi’s praise, who called him a “phenomenon.”

England Career

Hart’s international career with England began in 2008 when he made his debut in a friendly match against Trinidad and Tobago. He was later selected by manager Roy Hodgson for the UEFA Euro 2012 squad, where he played a crucial role in helping England reach the quarter-finals. During the tournament, he made the most saves (19) of any goalkeeper.
